Secure your order by Friday at 8 am.

No need to pre-order! If you missed the deadline or pre ordering isn’t your thing we always have delicious meals ready for purchase at our store. Be sure to come earlier, they go fast!

We deliver to your house or business every Monday starting at 4:30 pm. Pick up orders Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 10-6, Friday 10-4. We also have a pick up location in Monticello at Good Life Nutrition.

Rensselaer at Sblended Nutrition. Monticello at Good Life Nutrition. Healthies Monticello. Iron Phoenix and Adorn/Vital Root. New meals dropped off every Tuesday.

No minimum order policy. However, we do require a $30 order minimum for delivery.

When it comes to the meals we deliver at Live Your Fit Meals, freshness is our priority! Remember to refrigerate or freeze your meals if you won’t be consuming them immediately. If you won’t be home for delivery, no problem, just set out a cooler to keep your meals fresh.

Please note: we are not responsible for meals left outside if you will not be home for delivery.

Meals are good for 7 days. However, they are freshest within 4-5 days! Most meals can be put in the freezer to extend their date.
Just place your meal in the microwave (containers are microwave safe) for 2:00 mins or until the internal temp reaches 165. If your meal is frozen I do recommend allow it to thaw for 24 hours in your refrigerator before reheating.
For health dept reasons we can not reuse containers. We encourage you to recycle them or donate them if possible.
We make meals for EVERYONE!! We have a wide range of clients, from teenagers to senior citizens and everyone in between.
